We were inspired by the chaos and charm of one of our YouTube series, from IndaKitchen Ep. 1 and the unforgettable cake flip in Ep. 2 where Josh’s lemon custard cake cracked, split,
and still slayed.
Today, we’re recreating that magic with three fully infused, beginner-friendly recipes made for foodies, stoners, and anyone who’s ever mistaken powdered sugar for flour (we’ve all been there).
? Cracked Lemon Cloud Cake (Vegan, Infused, & Beautifully Broken)
What started as a lemon custard cake turned upside-down (literally) has become the official dessert of IndaKitchen. It’s zesty, moist, and infused with Black Runtz Gold Edition THCa flower for a euphoric, dessert-worthy high.
☁️ Infused Ingredient: THC-Infused Coconut Oil/
How to Infuse It:
- Decarb ~3.5g of Black Runtz at 240°F for 35 minutes.
- Simmer with ½ cup coconut oil on low heat for 2-3 hours.
Stir occasionally, don’t let it boil. - Strain with cheesecloth and refrigerate until firm.
? Ingredients:
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Zest + juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup almond or oat milk
- ⅓ cup infused coconut oil
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
? Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease your pan.
- Mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine wet ones (including your infused oil).
- Stir together until smooth, and please don’t over-mix.
- Pour into the pan and bake for around 35-40 minutes.
- Let it cool, then flip it onto a plate.It will crack. That’s the aesthetic. Own it.
- Optional glaze: powdered sugar + lemon juice + drizzle like a boss.
Why it slaps: Light citrus flavor, pillowy crumb, and a whisper of Josh’s intrusive thoughts in every bite.

It is like the edible version of a warm hug with the classic vibes of Blue Dream to keep your body relaxed and your mind on fire (in a good way).
☁️ Infused Ingredient: THC-Infused Olive Oil
How to Infuse It:
- Decarb ~3.5g Blue Dream at 240°F for 30-40 minutes.
- Add to ½ cup extra virgin olive oil and simmer for 2-3 hours on L O W
Don’t fry it, just keep it warm. - Strain and store.
? Ingredients:
- 3½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1½ cups warm water
- 2 tbsp infused olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
? Instructions:
- Mix yeast, sugar, and water. Let it bubble (10 mins).
- Add flour, salt, and infused oil. Knead until smooth and e l a s t i c.
- Let RISE for 1-2 hours.
- Punch it down, shape it, top it, and bake at 475°F for about 10-12 minutes.
Pro tip: Garlic butter crust, stoner toppings, and maybe a rewatch of IndaKitchen Ep. 1 while you eat.
? Mona’s Momma’s Magic Alfredo Sauce: A Creamy Classic with a Cloudy Twist
This one’s straight from the Leafah family vault: a buttery, cheesy comfort sauce that tastes like a warm hug and hits like a midnight sesh.
We’re pairing it with Ice Cream Cake THCa flower for that creamy, couchy energy.
☁️ Infused Ingredient: THC-Infused Butter
How to Infuse It:
- Decarb ~3.5g Ice Cream Cake at 240°F for 30-40 minutes.
- Melt ½ cup unsalted butter on low. Add decarbbed flower. Simmer for 2 hours.
- STRAIN out the flower material and store in the fridge.
? Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup infused butter
- ¾ cup freshly grated parmesan
- Salt, black pepper, oregano, rosemary, garlic powder to taste
- Optional: cracked black pepper + fresh parsley
? Instructions:
- Melt infused butter on low in a saucepan.
- Add cream and bring to a very light simmer.
- Slowly whisk in parmesan until melted and smooth.
NO LUMPS… Do not Disrespect Mona’s Momma! - Season to taste and pour over hot pasta. (Or fries. Or a spoon. We don’t judge.)
Best paired with: Fettuccine, bread dip activities, fuzzy socks, and a feel-good playlist.
