Shipping Policy

Orders are processed at our warehouse within standard business hours Monday through Friday – orders placed after hours, on holidays, or on weekends will ship the next available business day.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Free shipping is available for qualifying orders over $69 within the continental U.S. Shipping times may vary based on carrier and location. Limitations apply.

Shipping Options:
USPS Ground Advantage: Our default shipping option! Arrives in 2-10 business days.
USPS Priority Mail: Expedited service, arrives in 2-5 business days.

**We have no control over your package once it’s handed off to the shipper. These arrival times are estimations based on information provided by our shipping partners. These times do not include warehouse fulfillment time.**

Please note we are unable to support overnight shipments at this time. Our expedited shipping options will reduce the total transit time, but our team still needs time to prepare and pack your order.

Tracking & Notifications:
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order is packed and labeled for transit. Gmail users may find this email auto-categorized under Promotions. You can also view order and shipping details on the Accounts page of our website at any time.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for delivery issues related to incorrect addresses or parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Delays & Liability:
We are not liable for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a package is lost in transit (i.e., no delivery confirmation and no tracking update for 3+ business days), please contact our support team within 15 days of the last tracking update for assistance.

We partner with Protect Plus to offer shipping insurance on our packages. For a small fee that goes 100% to the insurer, you can avoid major headaches if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. You can start a claim here – https://claims.protectplus.io/

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please select the option to insure your package at checkout to make sure there are no issues. Package theft is at an all time high.

Cancellation Policy

Order changes and cancellations are handled on a case by case basis. We will do our best to accommodate requests received in a timely manner, and provide alternative solutions when we cannot complete a request.

Typically, orders can be cancelled before they reach Completed status. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to make any changes.

For subscriptions, you can modify or cancel a subscription at any time via the Account page of our site.

Please note cancelling a subscription will not automatically cancel a renewal order if the renewal is already in process; it just stops future renewals. Please contact us if you need to cancel a renewal in process.

Coupon Policy

We offer a variety of promotions and discounts so our customers can get the best price possible for their purchases, and have a little fun while they’re at it!

Return Policy

At Indacloud, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to request a return.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, our Customer Service team is here to help! We’ll do everything in our power to help make things right for you.

 

Eligible Criteria:

  • Unopened items may be returned for a full refund if notified within 30 days of order delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with tamper evident seal intact.
  • Opened items may be returned if notified within 7 days of order delivery in cases of defects or quality control concerns. While these are rare occurrences, errors happen and we have your back!
    • At this time, matters of personal preference (flavor, potency, etc) are ineligible for full refund unless covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee described below. Please ensure you have reviewed the product description and/or lab report to ensure it meets your expectations.
    • We are also unable to support returns for items that are non-functional due to misuse or user error, such as dropped vapes and overtightened cartridges.
  • Products damaged in transit must be resolved through our shipping insurer, Protect Plus. 
    • Package protection is optional at time of checkout, but must be selected for any refunds related to lost or damaged shipments.

How to Request a Return:

Please contact Customer Service with your order number, affected product(s), reason for the return request, and any supporting evidence to initiate a return. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours of receipt if sent within standard business hours.

You must contact us within the appropriate timeline to report an issue to be eligible for refund.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

We may ask for additional information, such as detailed user feedback and photos, to complete your request. This is to help us make our products better, and ensure your request is within our criteria.

All return requests will be reviewed by management for approval; If a request is outside our standard return policy, we may offer store credit or exchange as alternative solutions, handled on a case-by-case basis as approved by management.

We have a right to refuse your return request if it does not meet these conditions, or there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or violation of our terms and conditions.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used during the purchase unless specified otherwise. If your refund request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Please note most banks take 1-14 business days to process a refund request for it to appear on your account.

If you were provided a complimentary return label to send product back to us, your refund will be processed when our warehouse confirms we received the return shipment.

Store credit and/or exchange may be offered as an alternative solution if a refund to the original payment method is unable to be processed, or by customer request.

If you believe there was a mistake when fulfilling your order, such as incorrect items or quantities, please contact us immediately and do not open any product until you hear back from us. Once the product packaging is opened, we are unable to exchange it for you.
