Orders are fulfilled within standard business hours Monday thru Friday at our warehouse facility in Madison, WI. Most orders ship same-day, but orders placed after 3pm EST, on holidays, or over the weekend may take up to 48 hours to fulfill. How is any of this legal?
The 2018 Farm Bill legalized the production, sale, and manufacturing of hemp derived products at the federal level, including all of the cannabinoids within. This bill redefines “hemp” as cannabis with a low THC content and removes it from the Controlled Substances Act. This includes everything derived from hemp such as CBD and THC, so long as the finished product has less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.
